Second Person of Interest in Amanda Taylor Disappearance

Sources with Muscle Shoals Police last night reported a second unidentified person was taken into custody in connection with the disappearance of Amanda Leeth Bailey Taylor. Taylor, missing for six weeks, was last seen at 609 Moss Avenue in Muscle Shoals. Ronald E. Weems, Taylor's former brother-in-law lived at the residence with his 61 year-old mother Laquania Delores Welch Weems (pictured). Ronald E. Weems, taken into custody early Tuesday, is the ex-husband of Brandy Leeth.

Taylor's three children now live in Arkansas with her first husband Andy Bailey. Daughters Ashton, 14, and Autumn, 11, and son Alex, 7, have not heard from their mother since her disappearance and are extremely eager for any information. If anyone can shed light on her whereabouts, they're encouraged to call Muscle Shoals Police at 256-383-6746.

Dirrty Apple Productions does it again--this time in print. If you're looking for the perfect gift for the Franklin Countian or just a local historian, this is it. From Amazon:

Franklin County is a land deeply rooted in myth passed down from generation to generation, with tales told that stretch the limits of both feasibility and imagination. Never before has a book attempted to compile these accounts. You'll have to wait a bit longer if you're looking for that complete compendium, but this book attempts to sketch out some of the most colorful told in this backwoods area of small town Alabama.

This book is currently available only on Kindle, but what better way to insure arrival by Christmas?! Link
