Who?

Let's play a game of "Who?" We'll start it, but if readers have similar questions, or answers to any questions, we'll be happy to publish them.

1. Who would tell Billy Underwood, or anyone else, just what is or isn't in a Muscle Shoals police officer's personnel file?

2. Who brags he has a meat grinder at his home so that no one will know when he kills a deer out of season?

3. Who thought it was a good idea to let Patricia Ayers and her husband Matthew, both arrested for the rape of a child, sit next to each other at their arraignment?

4. Who decided to reduce the number of Lauderdale County resource officers from two to one--for all schools in the county?

5. Who thinks David "Turtle Slayer" Bradford will run unopposed for mayor in the next municipal election?

  1. I have the answers to 1 and 2, Shoalanda!! Pick me! Pick me! Ok, the answer to #1 is NOBODY. That's right. Nobody HAS to tell Billy Underwood what's in a police officer's personnel file. You see, Billy Underwood knows all the right people in all the right places AND he reads Shoalanda Speaks, which gives him the low down on EVERYONE'S business.

The answer to #2 could easily be my husband, Dr. I. P. Freely. You see, WE have a meat grinder at home too. GASP!!! Someone has a meat grinder? SOMEONE LIKES TO GRIND THEIR OWN MEAT? Holy COW!!! Or DEER! Or CHICKEN!!!

Come on, Shoalanda! I gave you more credit than that.

  3. No, and neither did Officer Scoggins. Deer season runs November through January.

Just out of curiosity, when do you suppose turtle season is?

    1. We've so far not found any protected species of turtles in the area. That doesn't mean we condone what Bradford did/does. Or Evans.

Deer season? We hear some kill them year round.
