Nov 23,1991, Brown killed Billy Jean Burton, grandmother
of Lauderdale County Assistant District Attorney Angie King Hamilton.
Brown confessed to the horrific stabbing murder of Mrs. Burton and
stated to police "if she got released she would murder again." Brown
has 46 disciplinary actions.
