Waterloo Council Asks Who Will Take Care of 'Loo

We are constantly surprised at the ingenuity of others; have you heard of rock snakes? Many institutions seem to have them, including the new free library at Waterloo. Yes, Waterloo has 'Loo (not the one pictured above).

Before 'Loo was started, permission was asked and granted to let the rock snake run adjacent to the library. Now it's been moved in the name of landscaping. The move was rather haphazard, and rocks were not placed correctly in the new location.

One town council representative even asked about maintenance on 'Loo. We weren't aware that rock snakes required much maintenance. This is a perfect example of simple projects becoming so complicated that everyone simply throws up their hands and walks off.

Let's hope 'Loo gets his permanent home at the library soon. The council isn't looking too good right now.
