Bobby Joe Speegle has now made it to Kilby Receiving where he will be processed and given a permanent prison assignment. Not familiar with Bobby? Here's his criminal bio:
If you think a ten year sentence is too short for Bobby, here's two other tidbits to think about. First, his sentence is accruing correctional incentive time, meaning he will totally finish his time in October 2024.
Second, a family member has informed us that Bobby's daughter...his own daughter...was the female he drugged and sold for meth. What kind of sentence does the 45 year-old Colbert County man actually deserve? We're thinking along the lines of horse whipping, followed by an acid bath.
Why would anyone think that 40 months is sufficient punishment in this case?
