UNA Kicks Coach to Curb after 21 Years

Why couldn't it have been Bryan Harsin? No, Auburn still has that albatross around its neck. It was the University of North Alabama that canned head coach Chris Willis. Counting his previous positions in the football program, Willis had been with our local university for 21 years. News articles indicate the hasty decision was made Saturday night after UNA's latest loss.

While UNA representatives are remaining mum on most aspects of this sudden dismissal, we do know Willis will not even be allowed to finish the season. In other words, he's gone...outta here...dead from stab wounds to the back.

Does latest UNA athletic director Josh Looney have a wife? If so, we advise her not to burn the toast...

Does it bother anyone that a visiting professor can rape a student, but then retain his job for months, when a two-decade coach can be fired overnight for losing a football game?

Have a happy Halloween and stay safe tonight. If you see any handsome vampires, send them our way!
