How Long, Mayor Stanley?

How long are Sheffield residents going to be subjected to the horrible conditions found on Hatch Blvd? The City's attempt to 'improve' Hatch Blvd., along with West Montgomery Ave., have been an absolute disaster. What is widely believed to be a 'last ditch effort' by Mayor Stanley to bolster his popularity, has been an enormous failure.

The stripping of decades of old pavement has exposed multiple sections of roadbed to the elements, compounding existing issues. Dangerously exposed manholes protruding excessively, pose significant hazards to motorists and their vehicles.

So, Mayor Stanley: HOW LONG are you going to continue to subject the citizens of Sheffield to your 'uniquely qualified' incompetence?
