Employee Unrest at NWSCC

From a concerned reader:

Does Anybody care what's going on at Northwest Shoals Community College? Three Key Employees left that had been there for many years because of a certain administrator; Four or five more quit because of this person and three or four more are on the way. The College never had any of these problems before this individual was hired and out in charge a little over a year ago! Somebody better wake up and smell the COFFEE!

People are being abused and held in fear because of this person! Employees are developing medical issues from the mental and verbal abuse being dished. Demanding a New Mother to hurry up and get back to work. 

BEING TOLD: "I'M NOT DOING THE WORK! I'M HERE TO SEE THE WORK GETS DONE!" That's a GREAT ATTITUDE ISN'T IT! makes you just want to come in and work your tail off! Employee's are being pressured to work six and seven days a week! The College has NEVER HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THIS IN THE PAST! The College President is somewhere in West Virginia chasing down Bigfoot and doesn't seem to care about all of the Employee Unrest Happening on Campus.
