It's nice to know Florence is appreciated...we guess. The story behind the title of today's blog is not quite as hilarious as the title itself.
The mayor of Irondale is enrolled in a course at UNA for which he has to travel to our fair city once a month. Since that routine began, he's held three government seminar-type meetings here. Now he's been called out on this innovative way to be reimbursed for his personal education travel.
The good mayor's reply is that he's not having fun in Florence. Is Rob Carnegie listening? And what sexy antics are missing from Lauderdale's County seat? We need to do better, folks!
