Above is a graphic from an ad for a Redstone Arsenal seminar. The Army isn't happy. Yet many (or should we say most) of these listed behaviors are non-productive at best.

But the point of this exercise isn't to discuss the actions of an Army agency. It's to see what our readers think about these things. 

After a brief look, we have to ask: Why is being colorblind a bad thing? What are we missing? Is Columbus Day really one the worst problems this nation has to face? Paternalism? We have news - that's not simply a racist thing. It's in every facet of our lives, and we should call out those who choose to indulge in it (listening, medical profession?).
