J. Redmon sent the above photo and apologizes for the blurriness. The second line says:

Uniquely Qualified

J. says: I'm having a difficult time figuring out what Mayor Stanley's 'unique qualifications' are.  All I'm coming up with is basically 'bankrupting' the city.
