Sometimes we receive complaints/questions about ads on our sites. This is what you need to know:
1. We have our Google ad preferences set to non-controversial, meaning no nudity, etc. What you, we, or Google finds controversial may vary. Ads also depend on those outside partners to whom Google sells space.
2. If you're seeing an ad for something like the Ajax Liquor Store, don't blame us. You are able to change it. Place your mouse over the upper right hand corner or the ad. An "x" and triangle should appear.
Click on the "x" to make sure you're not shown this particular advertisement again. Click on the triangle to manage your ad choices so that you won't be shown similar ads from other companies.
