Rape Exception Bill Now in Judiciary Committee

 

State representative Terri Collins (R) has promised to file a bill to allow induced abortion in cases of rape. So far, she has not fulfilled her promise. Instead, a Democrat has filed her version of the bill, Senate Bill 35.
