Who Are "Freedom Property & Investments?"

 

Seven years ago, someone came up with a name that is really irritating. Property is singular, but Investments is plural. This was their best shot?

Now we have this company announced as the new owners of the old ECM property...in a manner of speaking. The "Joel R. Anderson" would have to be the senior Joel who is now deceased. Who inherited his share in the company? It could have been Joel Jr. exclusively or it could have been several individuals.

So do all these three or more individuals have a dream of a dog park off College Street or is something else afoot? How about a retail gateway to a new football stadium?
