Project 1: Inspiration Landing. 2022 marks the 8th year this project has been in the news. In January, John Elkington stated construction should begin on amphitheater before end of year. Then a few weeks ago, it was announced the plans for the outdoor venue had been scrapped and new plans for a different location were in the works. We eagerly await the next announcement.

Project 2: The Ag Center. It was last mentioned in August when a five million dollar increase in cost of road widening was announced. That's okay - the schools still have plenty of dollars to be siphoned off.

Project 3: ECM property renovation. It's been 21 months since Joel Anderson Jr. and friends purchased the 12 acres that were once home to the Florence hospital. Will a residential development ever come to fruition? Or will the plans suddenly morph into a trendy shopping complex if the College Street bridge finally gets the okay?
