Did anyone feel the earth shake today? It seems Katie Owens-Murphy has left the Project Say Something Board. Does that include the group in general? A reader asked about UNA and her husband. We're going to guess that it doesn't include the latter two.

It seems the Lauderdale County Commission didn't take up the Anderson offer to purchase the former ECM property on Monday. We'll be watching the next meeting's agenda carefully.

Per Huntsville news outlets, Sheffield City Schools were closed on Monday due to snow. Wait. No they weren't. Opening was only 'delayed' for 2 hours, but breakfast was to  be served. Wait. No it wasn't, because all the kids were sent home at 11:30, hungry. Hey! That B.E.P. money is important!
