On 1/30/24, summary judgment was granted against John Elkington, individually, and Inspiration Landing, LLC. Unless the defendants appeal, the case is over. Our client won and it's game over for Inspiration Landing.

Now every citizen of Sheffield should be demanding answers from Mayor Steve Stanley as to:

1. What are the chances of reclaiming the Inspiration Landing property from John Elkington?

2. How does Sheffield city government propose to make the payments on the two USDA loans? The smaller is scheduled to be paid off in 2052; the larger in 2062. Remember: The City has no income at this point from Inspiration Landing and little hope of generating any! How old will you be when these loans are paid?
