Best 50 love songs of all time? No. The list released this week contains the top 50 love songs to make Billboard's Number One ranking. That still doesn't explain Number 16 - To Know Him Is To Love Him written by...Phil Spector.

Spector died from COVID-19 at the age of 81 while incarcerated for killing aging starlet Lana Clarkson. In case you've forgotten, he placed a loaded gun in the actress' mouth and pulled the trigger. Any "love song" Spector wrote should have been automatically excluded from Billboard's list. Perhaps the powers that be at Billboard valued Spector's talent more than Clarkson's life?
