Our Huntsville crime writer friend continues to work on his book on deviants and other sociopaths in North Alabama. While conducting research on our Franklin County native child molester Derek Warren Logue, Nick Ireland has acquired three interesting pieces of information that he is now sharing with us.
1. Four years after being arrested for grand theft in Florida, Logue has just secured still another continuance in his felony trial. This is from a man who claims incontrovertible evidence that he was a thousand miles away at the time of the theft from the upscale car dealership.
2. A new informant has come forward accusing Derek of sex acts with an eight year-old girl around the same time he was arrested for First Degree Sexual Abuse of an 11 year-old.
3. In perhaps the most intriguing of these revelations is the location Logue spent his three year prison sentence in Alabama - The Hamilton Aged and Infirm Unit. Why? Derek certainly was not aged at the time; he's only 45 in 2021. Was he physically infirm? No. So how did Logue wind up in this special facility? A court ordered psychiatrist placed him there. Yes, Derek Warren Logue was suffering at the time from several serious mental conditions. Yes, the same man who now tells the public that his take on sex offenders is right and that of normal citizens is completely wrong.
Undoubtedly, as Nick finishes his research on Logue's life of crime, there will be many more such revelations. We live in a sick world - take care of your children.
There is no Cure for a Sexual Predator!
'No cure for sexual predators'? I respectfully disagree with you on that. There are several 'cures'. America has just become too weak to stomach them.
ReplyDeleteAmen.
DeleteMighty thin alibi he has. Court records show he submitted a list of EBT purchases in Ohio during the time of the crime. He could have given his food stamp card to anyone to use in Ohio while he was elsewhere. Why else would he avoid judge and jury for so many years? Latest excuse filed with the court for an extension of time is that Logue is still working on the case - likely trying to cook up another alibi.
ReplyDeleteThis is the most laughable thing you have ever written. You do realize that printing falsehoods is textbook slander, right? Seems to me your fake crime writer Nick Ireland is not very good at his job. Is he also doing research for the My Pillow Guy? ROFLMAO!
ReplyDeleteHey Mr. Justice Studies. Slander has to do with the spoken word. Libel has do do with the written word like when you post messages accusing someone of drunk driving when they have never been convicted of such.
