Where is Bruty?

 

 

Brutus has been missing for almost three weeks. His mom and dad have been diligently looking for him, but so far he's eluded everyone. This fella is scared, but we're sure he wants to get back with his family as much as his family wants him back. Currently, there's a $2,000.00 reward.

Bruty decided to go walkabout on May 5th. He was being temporarily boarded at All Animal Clinic in Leighton when he escaped. How far he may have traveled by now is anyone's guess.

The good news is that he was spotted this morning. Here's the update:

Bruty was spotted this morning a little before 7am just off Hwy 157 past the first bridge going into Lawrence County on the right side of the road near a little pull off right after you cross the first bridge before getting to the 2nd. They got some barrels up there where they are doing road construction.

We trekked back through the woods for a couple hours trying to find him. We figure he isn't going past the creek, but maybe getting water there and hunting around. Going to try and see if we can't get a deer cam up there and put out some of our old shirts where maybe he can pickup our scent and some food. Going to see if we can setup a trap there too near the cam.
