Mother's Day 2023

 

So you're a mother?

Society expects:

1. You still keep an immaculate house.

2. You still have a job outside the home that brings in money.

3. You do your share of charity work.

4. You be extra careful not to conceive another child so that you need public assistance in any form.

5. You always walk with a male to be extra sure you're not raped. Our state legislature is making it as difficult as possible to get Plan B birth control, much less an induced abortion.

Did we leave anything out? If so, we apologize.
