Should the Child Molester's Wife be Terminated?

 

Since the conviction of a Lauderdale County man accused of sexually molesting three male youths, our blog has received several missives about the predator's wife. Mrs. C.M. is employed at a local board of education. Her employment enables her to access student records. Perhaps her husband also accesses them from time to time? With auto-fill for passwords, that is not outside the realm of possibility.

That presents the question of her continued employment in the local school system. Is she a possible threat to young students?

If any parents are overly concerned, we suggest two things:

1. Have a talk with your children about this predator and anyone else who might seek to reroute them from the school system.

2. If you're still worried, write a formal letter of complaint to the system's board/superintendent.
