Is Brooks Another Case of What the Janitor Saw?

 

Many cases involving sex are "he said/she said." Yet some like that of the infamous Jeff Eddie rely on witnesses like janitors. We've been asked why, if rumors are correct, a Brooks High math teacher wasn't charged with second degree rape.

Our knowledge of the case is mainly second hand, but apparently it wasn't the victim who reported his seducer. If true that a janitor accidentally caught an illicit act in a school bathroom, and if true that cell phone images back up the affair, Ashton McCluskey may receive a stern sentence. Yet as strong as the evidence is, it doesn't prove the affair began before the youth turned 16.

A sad ending to what could have been a wonderful teaching career. Welcome to Alabama where we're first in teacher-student sex if nothing else.
