Is UNA Board of Trustees okay with Human Resources speaking to employees in this manner? Notice I did not say President Kitts because I think these are his words. Catherine White was just stupid enough to say them. She is still at fault because by position she knows better. Either way WOW.

DeleteWhat is all this mudraking about??? From this "recording" I can't even figure out what the problem is.....two employees had problems with each other at UNA and the school brought in an outside mediator? HEAVENS FORBID! And Ms. Catherine White had the "audacity" to call a meeting to explain the timeline and procedure to the employees? HOW TERRIBLE! And she stated it was confidential! HOW FOLLOWING PROCEDURE AND EMPLOYMENT LAW! How DARE she talk to employees in such a professional manner as an HR representative!! Seriously, what is being complained about? This is a bit much, even for some of the so-called "maligned" employees at UNA
ReplyDeleteWe no longer work at UNA, but appreciate the need for certain protocols. In the end, it will be up to the reader to decide if these situations were handled correctly. We haven't made up our mind as of yet since we have been promised some more information.
