Personnel Problems at UNA - Part IV

Today we present the fourth and next to last installment of Concerned Citizen 101's expose' on some personnel shenanigans at our local university:

Next up a conversation with David Shields, Catherine White and Jimmy Waddell. Audio:

Is UNA Board of Trustees okay with a VP speaking to UNA employees in this manner. Forget race right now. Is this type of demeaning conversation permitted at the University of North Alabama? Is this the climate and culture at UNA? To be called an embarrassment.

To give you some additional context to this conversation please read the following emails found on the UNA server. Also keep in mind. This is before President Kitts arrived at UNA and just after William Cale suddenly resigned. Dr. John Thornell was named Interim President until Kitts arrived around April 2015. It would appear by these emails and audio recordings that David Shields and Catherine White are the embarrassments.
