Why No Colbert Arrest in Dog Fighting Ring?

 

The end of October saw the Lauderdale County arrest of alleged dog fighter and Center Star kennel owner Lamarcus Ricks. In Ricks' home county of Colbert where he kept even more fighting dogs in Tuscumbia, there has so far been no arrest. Why?

Does Bryce Graham even care? Is Graham waiting for the new district attorney to take office? Perhaps Graham is waiting for the feds to file charges, as is expected. Or is it simply the alleged crimes have not affected any of Graham's friends?

If guilty of the charges, and we have no reason to believe that he's not, Ricks should ideally never see the light of day again. We're not going to hold our breath...
