$410K Closing Costs on Florence/Lauderdale New EMA Building?

 

The Lauderdale EMA and 911 offices are about to consolidate into one location on Dr. Hicks Boulevard. The asking price of the building was two million:

Obviously closing costs add to the bottom line, but $410,000.00?

So all you Lauderdale County and city of Florence taxpayers may want to check into where the money officially went.

For all who may be geographically challenged, The Florence City Cemetery's eastern boundary (retaining wall) is East Tennessee Street. Florence Boulevard merges into Tennessee Street at the Memorial Park. Frank Townsell might want to check the streef signs before any public requests/statements.
