What Are You Hearing in Church on Sunday?

It's no secret that the majority of religious individuals in this state are Baptists. Now a major Baptist player from Dallas, Texas, has said if we "allow" Trump to be impeached (and presumably convicted), there's a great possibility of a civil war. Does his congregation pay taxes; should it?

We believe everyone should be political, as in involved in researching candidates and supporting what's believed best for this area/state/country. We also believe moral people make better citizens. We do not believe it's the purview of a pulpit minister to tell people for whom to vote.

So how has this Texas minister been received in Alabama? He was asked to lead the invocation at the Talladega racetrack this weekend. What's wrong with this picture?
