Touring the Trash Dumps of Sheffield

Our intrepid inner-city explorer J. Redmon has again ventured out into the wilds of Sheffield - you know, the areas John Elkington doesn't want shown to the public. Pictured below are various areas of the city that are teeming with trash.

Should we blame a closed dump in Cherokee? Should we blame the city council for not really caring at this point? We're going with the latter in most cases.

The next municipal election may not be just around the corner, but it's coming. In the interim, if you live in Sheffield, why are you not attending city council meetings? You've now made 16 payments on those two USDA loans for roads to nowhere; what will it take to make you raise your voices against these con artists?

The above are just four examples. Mr. Redmon has sent us several more which we will publishing on a regular basis. In the mean time, what say you, Sheffield?

  1. Even before the recent rounds of storms, the crew that normally picks up such refuse seems to have disappeared. They haven't been seen in over a month.
