Ah, what can we say about the extremely litigious Resa & Terry Witt? Earlier this year, they attempted to sue/bring charges against/besmirch the good name of a local veterinarian, an animal control officer, and a Colbert County deputy. Now they're after the Florence police, a small burger chain, and even the civil rights attorney who obviously saw right through them.
Stay tuned...we can hardly wait for the next installment.

Returning to the two Hartline children who lost their lives in a Franklin County ATV accident, we've had several tell us the road on which the accident happened was not public. We've even had some say the ATV had been specially tricked out to hold more passengers.
While we can't say if the road could possibly be private or not, we can say that these after market back seats, called "two-ups," are not meant for passengers. Here's a great article on them:
We have heard that the Hartline mother who managed to ditch her husband, move to a different town, find a job, and re-marry, but didn't get her life together enough to take custody of her kids, has stated she will sue DHR over the children's deaths. Okay, so that was no surprise.

A short word for the few who feel that all helmet/seat belt laws should be ditched. Perhaps for adults, but not for children. We're pretty sure a four-year old isn't capable of making such a life or death decision.

Still waiting to hear from anyone from Waterloo who contacted us about the possible illegal recruiting who also stood up to the county on the Paradise Drive situation a few years ago. Anyone at all...
