How to Clean up Sheffield?

 

The City of Sheffield is about to seek an increase in garbage/trash pickup fees. This comes at a time when these services to the small Colbert County town have been criticized as not even meeting minimal standards.

Perhaps it's time to call in the Boy Scouts? We're sure there's some kind of community service badge these young men could earn by adopting streets in Sheffield. They could even make money for their troop by selling the aluminum and other metals discarded thoughtlessly throughout the town.

When finished with the trash pickup, the scouts could then weed around the new and unused streets in Inspiration Landing...
