Muscle Shoals Won't Close Library, but...

 

...the City is up to something.

Several weeks ago, we began receiving communications concerning the Muscle Shoals Library. These missives were very vague as people were afraid to talk.

Now one person has brought the problem to Facebook, but again the actual situation remains nebulous. Will the library be closed as some have theorized? We're 99.99% certain that will never happen. The City has to have a library to attract new blood. What would those real estate sites say about a town the size of Muscle Shoals with no library?

How about cutting staff and hours? That seems plausible. Why does the City wish to scrimp on its library when it's spending  profusely in other areas?
