Coming Soon: The Chlorine Classic Cinema

Early Sunday morning, there was a chlorine leak at the Sheffield Water Treatment Plant. Four days later, John Elkington arrived to give an update on his Inspiration Landing project.

No mention was made concerning the chlorine leak, at least for official consumption. Elkington does now say that the amphitheater will not be the first component built in the entertainment complex. Instead the inaugural building will be the movie house. Below is a rendering of the project with the theater circled:

Obviously, either the theater or a restaurant would be the wisest choice to produce immediate revenue from the project. Elkington says construction of the movie theater will begin in late September or early October and take approximately four months.

So prepare for a romantic Valentine's 2020 when you can see a movie while wearing a gas mask. You can't get thrills like that in New York City.
