Missing: The Things We Do For Love

Since 2011, we've followed the ongoing criminal saga of Russellville's John James Common, aka J.J. We've received information on the now incarcerated drug dealer via several sources, including friends of his long-time girlfriend. These individuals have previously requested the name of J.J.'s friend not be used; however, it now appears the young woman is missing and could possibly be in danger.

Corey Leighann Thornton is 22 years old. She has brown hair, possibly bleached, and grey eyes. The Belgreen High graduate is petite and sports a tattoo on her foot. After Corey's probation in Limestone County was revoked, she was scheduled to turn herself in.

Instead she disappeared. Neither her family nor law enforcement in Limestone or Franklin Counties have seen her in the past week. Corey is not dangerous, but is possibly being harbored by those who are. If you've seen Corey, please call the nearest law enforcement agency.
