Will Chad Holden...?

 

Will Democrat Chad Holden attempt to change parties to run as a Republican in Alabama District Three?

Will Holden be what's known as a RINO?

Will Holden present himself as an alternative to current Rep. Kerry Underwood?

Or will Holden run in the almost impossible role of Democrat?

So many questions, and so few answers at this time. Of course, Underwood could decide to run for higher office, leaving the District Three seat vacant. We've always had mixed feelings about the man called "Bubba," and his relationship with Florence council member Jackie Hendrix has not elevated him in our opinion. 

While the eyes of most citizens are on the August 2025 municipal elections, obviously some are making plans for 2026. Several in Muscle Shoals have grave reservations concerning their current superintendent of education, a man the good mayor hides from. At least two of our readers are planning some interesting blogs on Holden and his fitness for office.
