We are aware that an Alabama game warden threatened a Colbert County employee some weeks ago for sending two orphaned fawns to a "non-authorized" rehabilitation facility. Incidentally, we understand one of the fawns was orphaned as a direct result of Game Warden Jarrod Poole's actions. 

No person in either public or private sector can please everyone. Just as many would like to see Jarrod Poole hit the road off the state payroll, there are those who have been "offended" by county employees doing their jobs. Remember Terry and Resa Witt? They're baaaack!

We support Colbert Animal Control 100%. We're pretty sure any intelligent person does also. We don't support individuals who file revenge lawsuits against legitimate entities funded by taxpayers.
