Today, the EPA extended the deadline to lower drinking water PFAs by two whole years until 2031. What will the cost be in the largest area system located in Florence?

$135 Million!

That's a lot of change. Will the system receive any federal help? Probably.

Still, according to manager Tad Cole, rates should go up from a $15.66 minimum to $30.00. We're guessing the vote to raise rates won't come until after the August municipal elections.
