Pe...Thank you for addressing this important issue. People need to know how much danger their children/young adults are in when they turn a blind eye to synthetic drugs being sold in their community. Most of us who are in the business of fighting against this industry consider synthetic drugs to be more dangerous than traditional plant based drugs. "Synthetic marijuana" (we prefer the use of the term Spice or K2) is more dangerous than heroin, LSD, meth and other 'hard' drugs. The use of the term synthetic marijuana implies that it is a marijuana alternative. The chemicals used to lace plant material, known as Spice or K2, are very potent and can cause strokes, heart attacks, schizophrenia, psychosis, anxiety disorders, severe depression, suicidal ideation, seizures, and more.
